You gotta level up them other things, them “archetypes,” and make your guns better, little by little. Takes time, like growing a good tomato. Can’t rush it.
If you are real eager to get your hands on this stuff, there’s this Ace, sells it to you. 50 scraps, he wants for it. Scraps, that’s like money in that game world. Don’t ask me how it works. My grandson, he’s always talking about scraps and this and that. Ace sells galvanized iron, so you can buy it if you ain’t got the patience to find it yourself. It’s just like the store in town, you can buy it if you need it.

Now, they say this iron, it’s all over the place. On cliffs, in buildings, inside them boxes. But as you get stronger, it gets harder to find. Just like my old bones, harder to get around these days! You gotta really look for it, spend a lot of time searching. Like looking for a needle in a haystack, that’s what it is. You will find galvanized iron if you keep looking and getting stronger.
And this galvanized iron, it’s just one type. There’s regular iron, forged iron, and then this galvanized one. And then there’s another one, hardened iron, they call it. That’s for the real strong guns, level 16 to 20. Lord have mercy, so many levels! It’s like those city folk with their fancy cars, always gotta have the newest model. That hardened iron is used for level 16 to 20, you will need it later.
My grandson, he says you need all these different kinds of iron to get your guns to +15, or +7, +8 for them special guns, the boss guns, he calls ’em. Then you start seeing that hardened iron more often. It’s like the seasons, you know. First, you get the spring, then the summer, then the fall. Gotta go through all the steps.
He also said something about leveling up your melee weapon, your hitting stick, I guess. Get that to level 10, he says. Don’t ask me why, I just write what he tells me. Kids these days and their games! All these rules and things. I prefer planting my garden, that’s for sure. Much simpler. That melee weapon thing, just level it up and it might help, I guess.
